Set on a wooded hillside, on a sheltered, curving bay with two lovely sandy beaches, La Chiappa is a large family holiday village with plenty going on.
The site has two large swimming pools with great views of the bay, two restaurants/bars, supermarket and gift shop, sauna and therapies, dive centre and sailing/windsurfing school, plus a wide variety of sports.

Accommodation is in stone cottages of varying sizes set among the trees and there is plenty of space for camping.

Local Area

A Mediterranean island and part of France, Corsica is well worth exploring. Situated 160km (99miles) off the southern coast of France, but closer to Italy, it combines elements of both. You will see the Corsu language on road signs. There are mountains, rugged cliffs and picturesque villages. Driving up steep climbs and around sharp hairpin bends through the jagged mountains can be exhilarating. They are covered in maquis – a mix of harsh and resilient bushes.
15 minutes drive from La Chiappa is the seaside town of Porto Vecchio with its historic old town, modern marina, bars and restaurants and shopping.
30 minutes away is Bonifacio, the birthplace of Napoleon and a town with much history and spectacular sea views across to Sardinia.
