Villa Christina is nestled amongst lush gardens on a small private complex. Its enviable location enjoys a panoramic view towards Gerakas naturist beach and the Ionian Sea beyond. The villa has its own private pool and there is a spacious outdoor terrace ideal for those balmy summer evenings. Its location is quiet, yet within walking distance of a splattering of small shops and tavernas’. There are six other “textile” villas within the same grounds’ however privacy is assured since Villa Christina is separated from the others by a boundary fence and privacy screen.

Accommodation

This is traditional style villa arranged on the ground floor with two separate bedrooms. Accommodating a maximum of four, the main bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two, single beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The open plan living area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

There is one bathroom with shower and two verandas, one at the front and one at the rear. The front veranda is fully furnished with sun loungers, table, chairs and a parasol. Note – though the bungalow is all on one level, there are five steps up to the entrance / front veranda.

Local Area

Within walking distance of the golden sands of Gerakas beach, the prime nesting area for the loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta Caretta). Every year from mid-May to late August, female turtles visit these shores to bury their eggs. The gently sloping crescent shaped beach is ideal for families, whilst to the far left there is an area set aside for naturists. A short drive away there are other textile beaches, some offering a good selection of water sports. The main 15 km scenic coast road that weaves its way around the mountains on the journey from Zakynthos Town to the villa boasts some spectacular scenery. Along the way you will find supermarkets, mini-markets, shops and cafés as well as an array of tavernas and themed eateries with hidden delights and stunning sea views.
