The Suzi Anna at anchor

The Suzi Anna is a classic (No 1) Fleur de Lys yacht, built by Dagless of Wisbech in 1960 and restored in 2002. She is a traditional classic yacht with lots of old world charm and all the modern comforts.

She is based at a quiet marina off the southern coast of Turkey near Marmaris. Guests are met and transferred from Dalaman Airport.

She has one four berth , one two berth and one double cabins with two showers and three heads. The principle double guest stateroom has shower, hand basin and toilet en suite The saloon is large, comfortable and airy. The large foredeck and coach roof provide excellent sunbathing areas - the coach roof usually is covered when at anchor by parachute sunshade, while the shaded aft deck is for dining or lounging.
“Suzi Anna” is owned and crewed by John, a very experienced captain/engineer and his wife Liz, both non smokers, naturists and Liz is an award winning chef.

John and Liz describe their facilities:
"Accommodation is offered on the yacht on a half board basis, that is bed & breakfast and lunch.
"During your trip with us we will anchor out in the small coves around the Gulf of Hisaronu. Swimming from the boat in crystal waters, dory excursions, sailing dinghy, lunches from fresh market produce. Our beers are icy cold, even ice in your drinks. (A luxury many boats don’t have!) Other times we will be moored in some of the local ports when guests can go ashore for an evening meal, but also for a small extra charge we will have an evening meal on board, perhaps by candlelight. Except when we are in a port 24 hours a day naturism is possible.
"Should we stay in our base at the Marti Marina guests can use the marina facilities, i.e. swimming pool, restaurants, bars, lounges. Free use of Mirror sailing dinghy, or supervision if required, (ideal sailing gulf). Free bus to Marmaris. Shopping trips to local village market. (The waters in the port are so clear that we swim from the boat). Speedboat trips to local bays for all over tans in seclusion. And picnic hampers to order. Also access with free bus to the Marti Hotel sports complex with gymnasium, sauna, and Turkish Baths.
"Guests can mix and match their stay, some nights at anchor, some moored at various ports and some at the beautiful Marti Marina base; you don’t have to decide till you arrive. We are very flexible, and we look forward to welcoming you on board the Suzi Anna!"

A holiday organised by us on the Suzi Anna includes a return flight from your most convenient airport, a transfer from and to Dalaman Airport, and half board accommodation during the cruise. It is now possible for an extra charge to book the master cabin with en-suite facilities, and also to book an exclusive cruise just for yourselves. If these options interest you do book early, as they are only available when no one else has yet booked!
