La Linas, a naturist hamlet in the Minervois area

Accommodation at Le Linas

The buildings are of a variety of styles and reflect the history of the hamlet, from the substantial Grand Gite to the delightful and romantic Chalet. Two foot thick walls and slate floors provide a naturally comfortable temperature inside, even when the temperature outside soars. The swimming pool is secured behind a dry stone wall which blends naturally with it's surroundings as is the pool house which was formally a small stone barn. The hamlet also has a Petanque Piste.

Particular attention has been made to the standard of accommodation. All beds are in their own rooms (no sleeping in the living rooms), hot showers that you don't have to run around in to get wet, modern kitchens with cookers, gas rings and microwaves and of course comfortable furniture.

Le Linas offers 3 gites for weekly rental, two grouped around a communal swimming pool. Each gîte is equipped with a DVD Player and TV Monitor. On site are large outdoor pool, boules, table tennis secluded mountain walks and a huge collection of DVD's, games and books. We have also secured the services of a local mountain guide.

We're sorry to say that, because of the nature of the terrain, Le Linas is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, or for young children.

There are three houses to choose from at Le Linas.

Le Grand Gîte

Le Grand Gîte Sleeps 6. Comprises. 2 large reception rooms, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, 1 shower/toilet room, 1 bathroom/toilet and a kitchen.

Le Petit Gîte

Le Petit Gîte Sleeps 4. Comprises 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, 2 shower/toilet rooms, large galleried reception room, kitchen and private terrace overlooking the pool.

Le Chalet

Le Chalet Sleeps 2/4. Located away from the main complex. It is private and just a short walk to the communal areas. It comprises a large living room/kitchen area, leading onto a wooden veranda with spectacular views of the mountain, shower with toilet and bedroom mezzanine.
